Tomochi and her friends decide to play Simon Says, with Tomochi being Simon. But Tomochi loves to dare her friends to do weird things, and soon her friends embrass themselves! So, it's up to Bello and his friends to show Tomochi that being Simon isn't all being crazy to be.
